Here are some of our race components that are available.
Our derby covers are machined from 7075 aluminum and include 'keeper' screws for the secondary rocker pins. This keeps the secondary arms from floating and causing pre-mature contact with the pressure plate.
Our clutch fingers as well as the pressure plate rest buttons and starter drives are all CNC machined from 4140 and hardened to 56rc.
The spring retainer screws are CNC machined from 4140 pre-hard and black-oxided.
Also shown are a couple of manifolds. The rectangular one is for air operated components and the hex shaped is for two-into-one fuel lines with an 1/8" port for a monitoring line.
Our wrist pin keepers are also machined from 7075.
Our pressure plates (not shown) are machined from Dura-Bar.
These components are available by the piece or complete unit. (Fingers are sold only in sets of six primaries or three secondaries).
This is a picture of a starter drive installed in a used timing cover. A permanant repair for a banged up port.
